First off, the service was fantastic. Heather at the front desk went above and beyond, getting us on the same floor even though we had three rooms spread out. That's real dedication. Plus, I really appreciated the kitchen setup in the room, made it easy to whip up some meals when I didn’t feel like eating out.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's acceptable.

Spent 2 nights in a studio suite with a full kitchen, seating area, and super comfy sofa. The bathroom had a nice shower and good water pressure. Spa facilities look great, with an indoor pool, hot tub, and lounging spots by a fire. Plus, there's free laundry on-site!

However, noise from a loud party outside dampened the ambiance on my last night, making it hard to unwind and get rest. I had to call the front desk about the noise, which they addressed, but it returned later. The mattress in the sleeping area was comfortable, but other furniture, like the couch, felt a bit worn. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but the noise issue impacted my experience.

Despite these minor issues, the stay was enjoyable overall, especially with tasty Danish pastries available in the morning.

The queen suite was super comfy and spacious. The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. Loved having a couch in the room. The kitchen area added a nice touch. Really clean and just like the pictures online, which was refreshing.
